Class never makes excuses. It takes its lumps and learns from past mistakes. Class is considerate of others. It knows that good manners are nothing more than a series of petty sacrifices. Class bespeaks an aristocracy that has nothing to do with ancestors or money. The most affluent blue blood can be totally without class while the descendant of a Welsh miner may ooze class from every pore.

Class never tries to build itself up by tearing others down. Class is already up and need not strive to look better by making others look worse. Class can “walk with kings and keep it’s virtue, and talk with crowds and keep the common touch.” Everyone is comfortable with the person who has class- because he is comfortable with himself.

If you have class, you don’t need much of anything else. If you don’t have it, no matter what else you have – it doesn’t make much difference.

Spinal Cord & Nerves: My nerves are in perfect order, all over my body. They obey my will and I have great nerve force and mental tranquility.

Lungs: I am breathing deeply & quietly and the air goes into every cell of my body and lungs, which are in perfect condition. My blood is purified and made clean. I breathe deep breathes, from my abdomen.

My Heart: is beating strongly and steadily and my circulation is perfect, all the way to the extremities.

Digestive system: My stomach and bowels perform their work perfectly. My food is digested and assimilated and my body rebuilt and nourished. I am what I eat, literally. My liver, kidneys and bladder, each perform their several functions perfectly. My stomach, perfect. I am perfectly well. My body is resting and my soul is at peace.

We have complete faith about financial and other matters. God, who is within me, is also in all the things he wants me to have and experience, through me, my hands, eyes, smell, emotion, touch and combination of all senses. These things, through God, are impelled toward me. All that I want is already given to me, because it is God who gave me the desire and he who wants to appreciate these things through me. We have complete faith about my health, because I am perfectly well. We have faith, courage, and know the best that has ever been, is right now.

I rise above all temptation to morally less developed behavior. I love everyone and everything unconditionally. I am so grateful (greatfull) that it brings tears to my eyes. I hold love, peace, serenity and understanding toward ALL living souls. I will only follow courses of action which are in accord with my highest ideals. I am right and will do right. I think about, talk about and do great things.
